In-Store Pickup
How does pickup work?
Select local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Bring your printed or digital receipt when you pick up.
How long will my order be held?
Orders are held for 7 days after your pickup notification. If you need more time or have a scheduling conflict, text us at 832-266-2136 and we'll work with you.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes — just make sure they bring a copy of your receipt (printed or digital) and your order number.
I have an urgent pickup request. Who do I contact?
Text us directly at 832-266-2136 for urgent pickup requests Sunday through Tuesday when the store is closed.
Shopping In Store
What is the in-store return policy?
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A receipt is required. Sale, clearance, custom, and limited edition items are final sale.
Do you accept all payment methods in store?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay in store.
