We are currently experiencing extended delivery times due to global shipping disruptions including ongoing trade tariff changes and conflict in the Middle East affecting major shipping routes. We build wider shipping windows into our planning specifically to avoid passing tariff-related costs on to you. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Estimated ship dates are listed on every product page.

Shipping Questions

How will I know when my order ships?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Humble, TX facility. Track your package directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the tracking number provided.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We are unable to accommodate address changes once an order has been placed. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

I ordered a preorder and an in-stock item together. When will it all ship?

Your full order ships together once the preorder item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock item shipped sooner, contact us to request a partial shipment. Additional shipping fees apply and must be paid before shipment.

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery. Then contact your carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly. If still unresolved, email us at orders@doneciascrafts.com and we'll open a claim. Claims can take up to 60 days to resolve. DC Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier's possession.

How does local pickup work?

Select local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Bring your printed or digital receipt to pick up. Orders are held for 7 days — if you need more time, text us at 832-266-2136.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes — just make sure they bring a copy of your receipt (printed or digital) and your order number.
