⚠️ Shipping Delay Notice

We are currently experiencing extended delivery times due to global shipping disruptions, including ongoing trade tariff changes and conflict in the Middle East affecting major shipping routes. Custom orders require extended production timelines and current global conditions may add additional time beyond our standard estimates. We intentionally build wider shipping windows into our planning to avoid passing tariff-related costs on to you. We appreciate your patience and will communicate updates every step of the way.

What We Offer

DC Apparel produces custom and bulk apparel for organizations, greek life, sports teams, school events, reunions, and more. Every piece is designed by Donecia herself. Simple DTF and heat press items are produced locally in Humble, TX. Premium cut and sew garments — including embroidered jackets, hoodies, cardigans, and custom constructed pieces — are crafted by our trusted overseas production partners and built from scratch to your specifications.

Submit Your Request

Email donecia@doneciascrafts.com with your details. Once your inquiry is reviewed, provide the following so we can prepare your invoice and begin the design process:

Submitting order details does not initiate production until design approval and full payment are completed.

Pay Your Design Deposit & Get a Quote

A non-refundable design fee starting at $35 is required before we begin the design process. Once paid, we'll create your mockup and send a full quote based on garment type, quantity, production method, and timeline. Pricing varies by order — there is no standard price list for custom work.

Your design fee includes:

One initial design draft
Up to two rounds of revisions
Design fee applied toward your final balance upon approval

Design fees may be higher than $35 depending on project scope, including logo recreation or digitization, the number of items being designed, or full collection requests. Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will incur an additional fee.

Approve Your Design

We'll create a digital mockup for your review and approval. Production does not begin until you sign off on the final design and full payment is processed. No changes may be made after production has started.

Production & Delivery

Simple DTF items are produced locally and ship quickly. Premium cut and sew items are produced by our overseas production partners. You'll receive updates throughout and a tracking number once your order ships. Local pickup is available for locally produced items in the Humble, TX area.

Production Timelines

Timelines depend on garment type, quantity, complexity, season, and material availability. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

⚠ These timelines reflect production only and do not include shipping or transit time. Due to current global trade conditions, international shipping windows may be extended. We recommend contacting us at least 8 weeks before your event for premium garments.

Is expedited production available?

Expedited production is not guaranteed but we will accommodate where possible. The earlier you reach out, the better.

Are bulk discounts available?

Yes. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 35 or more items. Contact us to discuss pricing for large orders.

Pricing

Pricing varies based on the product, complexity of the design, quantity, and production method. There is no standard price list — every custom order is quoted individually after your deposit is paid and your request is reviewed.

Design Deposit: Starting at $35, non-refundable, required before design work begins. Applied toward your final balance upon design approval.

Full Payment: Required in full before production begins. No exceptions.

Bulk Discount: Available for orders of 35+ pieces. Ask about pricing when you submit your request.

Custom Order Policy

What counts as a custom order?

All of the following are considered fully custom orders: class orders, group orders, organization or chapter apparel, and any personalized or made-to-spec designs. Custom orders are excluded from standard website turnaround times, pre-order timelines, and advertised delivery estimates.

Can I cancel a custom order?

All custom orders are final sale. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once production has begun. Because every custom order is made specifically for you from scratch, we are unable to cancel or redirect items once they enter production.

What if there is a production error on my order?

If your order arrives with a clear production error — wrong design, wrong garment, or a manufacturing defect — contact us within 3 business days of delivery at orders@doneciascrafts.com with clear photo documentation. We will make it right. A defective item is defined as one that is damaged, incorrectly produced, or fails to meet basic construction standards. Normal manufacturing characteristics — including embroidery variations, stitching visibility, or color variation — are not considered defects. Any resolution for confirmed issues is determined at our sole discretion.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. All custom orders require a non-refundable design mockup deposit starting at $35 before design work begins. Full payment must be received before production starts.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Can DC Apparel feature my custom design on social media?

We reserve the right to feature your custom design on our website or social media unless you notify us otherwise at the time of your order.
