Before You Preorder
Estimated ship dates are listed on every preorder product page. Your card is charged in full at checkout. Preorders are non-refundable once production begins. Please read this page fully before placing your order.

What Is a Preorder?
How does a preorder work?
A preorder lets you secure your size before an item is available or before production begins. You pay in full at checkout and your item ships once it's ready. Every preorder product page includes an estimated ship date so you always know what to expect before you buy.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged in full at the time of purchase — not when the item ships. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your order leaves our Humble, TX facility.
Preorder Types & Timelines
We offer two types of preorders depending on the item. The estimated ship date is always listed on the product page.

In-House Preorders
Est. 2–3 Business Days
Applies to basic tees and sweatshirts produced in-house using heat press and DTF. These items are made on demand and typically fulfill within 2–3 business days depending on base product availability.

Premium Preorders
Est. 6–7 Weeks · Homecoming: 7+ Weeks
Applies to premium and custom garments including embroidered sweatshirts, jackets, hoodies, cardigans, and sweatpants. These require advanced production and a minimum of 6–7 weeks. Homecoming-related preorders require at least 7 weeks due to high demand. Production timelines do not include shipping time.
Are timelines guaranteed?
Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to manufacturing, material sourcing, or logistics. We will always communicate updates via email and our brand channels when applicable. We intentionally plan for broader shipping windows to avoid passing tariff-related costs on to our customers.
Preorder Shipping
I ordered a preorder and an in-stock item together. When will it ship?
Your full order ships together once the preorder item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock item sooner, contact us to request a partial shipment. Additional shipping fees apply and must be paid prior to shipment.
Do preorders qualify for free shipping?
Yes — orders over $99 ship free, including preorders.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my preorder?
Preorders are considered custom production and are generally non-refundable once production begins. If you have a concern about your order, contact us as early as possible at orders@doneciascrafts.com.
