Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders process within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons like homecoming and graduation, processing may take up to 10 business days. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Wednesday–Saturday ship same day.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All sales are final and we do not accept order cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We are unable to accommodate address changes once an order has been placed. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded, so please double-check your address at checkout.

How do I check my order status?

Log into your account at doneciascrafts.com to check your order status. You can also email orders@doneciascrafts.com for an update.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $99 ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for all orders.

When will my order ship?

Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page so you always know what to expect before you buy. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Preorder and made-to-order items will show their estimated ship date on the product page.

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. Then contact your carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly. If still unresolved, email us at orders@doneciascrafts.com and we'll open a claim. Note that claims can take up to 60 days to resolve. DC Apparel is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes! We offer in-store pickup at our Humble, TX location. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Bring your receipt (printed or digital) to pick up. Store hours: Wed–Fri 11am–6pm · Sat 10am–6pm.

Preorders

What is a preorder?

Preorders let you secure your size before an item is in stock. Your card is charged in full at checkout. Estimated ship dates are always listed on the product page so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

How long do preorders take?

It depends on the item. Basic tees and sweatshirts produced in-house typically ship within 2–3 business days. Premium items like embroidered jackets, hoodies, and cardigans require 6–7 weeks minimum. Homecoming preorders require at least 7 weeks. Always check the product page for the specific estimated ship date.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders are generally non-refundable as items go into production based on demand. In some cases a store credit may be issued at our discretion. Fully customized items — including class and group orders — are final sale once production begins.

I ordered a preorder and an in-stock item together. When will it ship?

Your full order ships together once the preorder is ready. If you need your in-stock item sooner, contact us to request a partial shipment — additional shipping fees apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

All online sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we do allow exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

How do I request an exchange?

Log into your account at doneciascrafts.com and submit an exchange request through your profile. Include the size you want. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at orders@doneciascrafts.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit. Damage caused after delivery or due to improper care is not covered.

What items are final sale?

Sale items, clearance, custom orders, limited edition releases, and items purchased with a coupon code are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
