Important — Please Read Before Ordering

All online sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. No order cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.

Online Exchanges

Am I eligible for an exchange?

Yes, if your item meets all of the following conditions:

Requested within 14 days of receiving your order
Item is unworn and unwashed
Tags are still attached
Item is not a final sale item (see below)

How do I request an exchange?

Log into your account at doneciascrafts.com and submit an exchange request through your profile. Include the size or item you'd like in exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back using the return label issued by DC Apparel — otherwise the return will not be accepted.

What if the item I want isn't available?

If an exchange cannot be accommodated, store credit may be issued at our discretion minus any shipping costs. Store credit never expires and can be used in-store or online.

Can I exchange during homecoming or peak season?

Exchanges may not be possible during homecoming, graduation season, and major sales events due to limited stock. All sales are final during these periods.

In-Store Exchanges

What is the in-store exchange policy?

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A receipt is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at orders@doneciascrafts.com with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What counts as a defective item?

A defective item is one that arrives with a clear manufacturing error that prevents normal wear — such as torn fabric, broken seams, or the wrong item entirely. Minor variations in embroidery, stitching, or color are normal characteristics of production and are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Sale and clearance items
Custom and group orders
Limited edition releases
Items purchased with a coupon code
Preorder items once production has begun

Lost Packages & Claims

My tracking says delivered but I never received my package. What do I do?

Follow these steps in order:

1Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery
2Contact your carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to check for updates
3Email us at orders@doneciascrafts.com so we can open a claim on our end

How long does a claim take?

Carrier claims can take up to 60 days to resolve. We will work with the carrier throughout the process and keep you updated. DC Apparel cannot issue a refund or replacement until the claim is settled.

What happens if the claim is approved?

If the claim is approved we will issue store credit or a replacement order. DC Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the carrier's possession.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded. We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed, so please double-check your address carefully at checkout.
