Cancellation, Return, & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES FINAL. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCHANGES.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A COUPON CODE.

You can return your items however you are responsible for shipping cost. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UTILIZING THE RETURN LABEL ISSUED BY DC APPAREL OR THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CREDIT WILL NOT BE RENDERED. Items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and with the hangtag. 

Custom items and women’s swimwear can not be returned, all sales final. 

Should you need to initiate a return  send an email with your order number to orders@doneciascrafts.com explaining which item(s) you would like to return for store credit.

If your item is broken, defective, or misprinted please provide a photo and explanation of the issue in your email. Most times a replacement can be produced and shipped.

Refunds store credit will be processed upon receipt of the returned item & inspection, minus the cost of the return shipping.

 If you submit a chargeback to the bank before attempting to resolve your order issue with Donecia's Crafts Apparel you will be blocked you from making future purchases from the store. 

How to submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a store credit..
